1. How can I schedule an appointment?
There are several ways that you can schedule with us.
A) You may schedule online by CLICKING HERE.
B) You may schedule by calling our clinic at (202) 610 0260
C) You may also schedule via text message by texting (202) 540 0104.
2. How quickly can you see a new patient?
New patients are seen 7 days/week and typically on the same day. If you’ve scheduled using our online scheduler, or via text, a representative will contact you to confirm your appointment.
3. Are you open on weekends and late evenings?
Yes, we do have Sunday hours and late evening hours till 7:00 PM. All patients must report 30 minutes before we close in order to be seen. For more info on hours and location, CLICK HERE.
4. I don’t have insurance, can I be seen at your clinic?
Yes. We currently see auto accident related injuries. If you were involved in a car accident and have an attorney, then you do not need health insurance. We will contact your attorney regarding your case.
5. I was involved in an accident and don’t have an attorney, can I be seen at your clinic?
Yes. If you are not represented by an attorney, then your case is considered a third party case. You will need to contact the insurance company and have them provide us with a letter stating that we will be paid directly for the medical services that we have provided before you can be seen.
6. I’m represented by an attorney, do you accept reduction of your bills?
Yes. We consider all reasonable reductions.
7. My car is damaged from the accident, do you provide transportation?
Yes. If you do not have a car or a way to get to our clinic, we will provide transportation for the first 5 sessions. We will have to talk to your attorney regarding the validity of your case before providing transportation. If you are experiencing difficulty after the 5 sessions, then our office manager will reach out to you in order to provide some type of solution.
8. Do you have parking?
Our clinic is located directly on MLK Ave, SE and open street parking should be available. Also, there is a paid parking lot that is located one block from our office.
